Summary/Abstract: Modern international relations are developing in the context of the rapid progress of computer technology and globalization processes. The advance of the civilized world into the information age has increased the role of information and information technology in all spheres of public life and contributed to the development and implementation of new tools for positioning countries in the international arena, as well as new ways and means to achieve the strategic goals of global players. Informatization and information technology are becoming weapons of information warfare and are a determining factor in the development of ongoing processes in the modern world, becoming a resource that easily overcomes all obstacles and influences world events and international relations.
