Summary/Abstract: In this paper, the consequences of Brexit for the UK financial sector have been examined. An analysis has been made of the impact of Brexit on both the UK banking sector and non-banking financial sector. The way in which financial services in the UK and the European Union member states may be influenced by Brexit has been studied.
