Summary/Abstract: The text deals with the inclusion of children with emotional and behavioural disorders in the view of their conditions on the microsocial level, i.e. interaction. There is considered the role of the inclusive school culture and educational institutions in the inclusive process of children with emotional and behavioural disorders. The partial results of the qualitative research represent factors which potentially support the development of pro-inclusive culture in educational institutions
