Summary/Abstract: The challenges and changes to industries in the digital age are immense, and technological innovation requires continuous organizational effort. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is more evolutionary than revolutionary, but the successful deployment of its technologies and added value to businesses in times of crisis is creating demands on organizational leadership. The purpose of this paper is to identify the importance of the relationship between Industry 4.0 and leadership in organizations. Based on the theoretical analysis, the need for new technology leadership in disruptive times is justified.
