Summary/Abstract: The European Union has set itself the ambitious goal of decarbonizing the economy by 2050. Achieving this goal in a way acceptable to society will require a complete change of the economy. The report will examine the role of innovation and innovation incubators in achieving decarbonisation of the economy and how they can reduce the cost of the transition to a neutral economy.
