Summary/Abstract: Many of the companies nowadays transfer part of their processes to external companies. In a report I have considered 10 main problems and their possible solutions. The topics covered are: loss of process control; communication barriers; hidden and unforeseen costs; supplier reliability; security and privacy; language barriers; lack of experience; choosing the right approaches, time differences; mismatch of expectations and results.
