Summary/Abstract: Correlation of teaching content, in addition to facilitating the processing of teaching units, is distinct and necessary because it gives students the ability to use knowledge from one subject (for which they often suppose they will not need in life) to understand teaching units from other subjects. In addition to the correlation, in the teaching process, motivation is 171the driving force of the energy in the classroom. Motivation is very important since the media of delivery and the degree of adoption of curriculum depends on it.In this paper we will present how to achieve higher degree of student motivation through correlation of teaching contents in higher grades of elementary school with concrete examples of correlated teaching units.The paper presents all the challenges teachers face when correlating teaching contents, since the quality of correlation is important also for the harmonization of curricula at the class level, but also at the level of the teaching authority.In this paper we will see examples of the possibility of correlating teaching content within teaching subjects in elementary school with the subjects Bosnian language and literature with teaching contents in the field of Computer Science, Biology, Arts, Music Culture, History and Geography…
