Summary/Abstract: Taking into consideration the aspects of upbringing and education in the contemporary context, planning and programming in the teaching process are of great importance. They are introduced as a cyclical circle where the realization of the first stage is crucial for the realization of the other stages.The aim of this paper is to present the application methodology of inclusion index in the planning and programming process through a learning approach in which all students actively participate by linking what they learn with their own experiences. They give attention to the aspects that need to be amended in order to improve education for every child.342Having in mind that the key focus is on the teachers of physical and health education, the improving of physical and health education according to the needs of each student is crucial, based on an assessment of the current situation.At the same time, this paper detects and examines the demands of the teachers that are responsible for the planning by taking into consideration the goals and the outcomes of learning defined in the curriculum. They prepare the agenda in accordance with the needs of the students respecting the individuality of each student.In this process of planning and programming, self-evaluation of the work of teachers as well as self-evaluation of the work of the school as a starting point for further activities in the already mentioned process is very important. Only in this way it is possible to expect the achievement of quality standards in the teaching of physical and health education.
