Summary/Abstract: Each school strives to provide the pupils with the education and training that will be directed by the teachers. However, it is unthinkable without cooperation with parents. While in school, many students have to work (attend, cooperate ...), but teachers should choose the easiest possible way for students to acquire knowledge, habits, skills, etc. If teachers succeed in finding such way, then only the evaluation of student work will be more successful intraditional teaching teachers have provided the students with knowledge and the students have reproduced the same. Unlike that, in innovative teaching, teachers provide students with knowledge (taking into account their needs, interests, desires, motivations ...) that they will be able to use in new situation. The research was conducted in three primary schools in Mostar Municipality: Elementary school “Mustafa Ejubović - Šejh Jujo”,Elementary School “Vrapčići” and Elementary School “Gnojnice”. The following methods were used: theoretical analysis and synthesis method, descriptive method, historical method, comparative method 660and survey method. After the research was completed, the analysis and interpretation of the obtained data were performed. The aim of the research was to determine whether there are statistically significant differences between students and teachers on the evaluation of the work of elementary school students in innovative teaching. After analyzing the data, we have come to the conclusion that there is a statistically significant difference between the examinees in evaluating in the innovative teaching.
