Summary/Abstract: The quality of education depends on several factors where through the application of different methods and procedures a system of interaction of teaching is set. Through the implementation of various reforms in education it is crucial to train professional teacher's development. This leads to the lifelong learning of teachers who, after acquiring knowledge will have the necessary capacity to make the teaching process more quality and more interesting and thus achieve better effects in mixed-age groups as well as in regular classrooms. The analyzes presented here clearly emphasize the need for further teacher's training through workshops and seminars which will continued through school practice in the context of further development of the educational parameters. This approach to teaching would provide a new dimension in which the shortcomings could be minimized and the overall process would become more dynamic and more content with regard to the growth and development of children in primary schools. High qualifications, stronger motivation, creativity in managing school activities and professional teacher's development could lead Bosnia and Herzegovina educational system to the top results.
