Summary/Abstract: In this case study we give an overview of the development of a local Community of Inquiry (CoI) at Brno University of Technology (BUT) in Brno, the Czech Republic, during the implementation period of the PLATINUM project. The key word of this chapter is `development' and it concerns history, goals, achievements, challenges and lessons learned of the local CoI.
