Summary/Abstract: A basic aim of education-teaching in schools is development competences, including the development of comprehensive reading skills. Kindergartens, in parallel with family environments, may contribute a lot to the successful future development of first grade pupils. In the process of kindergarten education, we choose such activities, which also create basis for teaching reading, e.g. language analysing skills while singing chants. In my presentation, I wish to speak about skill development.
