Summary/Abstract: The paper starts with the assertion that the text of advertisements imposes many deflections of the lexis and syntax. Analysing a characteristic corpus, we are trying to show the processes of discursive refunctioning, resulting in lexical creativity, optimized semantic and syntactic text efficiency.
