Summary/Abstract: The article contained the basic concepts related to trade and its operation. It examines the characteristics which, according to the employees should have negotiator. The survey was conducted by employees whose focusis the manufacturing sector. The paper pointed out that the conduct of the official responsible for negotiating operates on the successful outcome of the overall negotiations. The work highlights the link age between negotiations and its elements such as character traits employee behavior, whether socially acceptable or unacceptable to further effectiveness of various external elements and motivation. It highlights the different perceptions of various aspects from different perspectives.
