Summary/Abstract: This study deals with the relationship between the meaningfulness of work, and personality traits in the concept of the five-factor model. It will take into account the effect perceived workload and job satisfaction. The research was carried out with 140 employees working in blue-collar jobs. The results indicate the likelihood of context personality traits, evaluation meaningfulness of their work and the satisfaction with life in general and job satisfaction. It seems likely also some relationships perceived workload and job satisfaction.
