Summary/Abstract: It is well known that the right to a trial and the legal defence of the accused are fundamental rights that are regulated by the Constitution. Apart from the Constitution, there is a more detailed regulation in the Criminal Procedure Code. This work analyses the regulation dedicated to the mentioned rights.
