Summary/Abstract: The aim of article is to identify and compare the attitude of students attending public colleges in the Bohemian South Region to increase your career potential for the labour market in the future. Attention is also focused on student preferences with respect to the attributes of future employment. Research was conducted in schools University of South Bohemia and The Institute of Technology and Business in Czech Budejovice. To meet the goals of this work, it is based on data acquired through questionnaires. Research was implemented during 2016. Output article provides insight into the efforts of students and schools to increase their chances in the labour market and their priorities that favour in future work.
