Summary/Abstract: The paper tries to explain the relationship between the regional level of unemployment and regional structure of supply of housing market. There are investigated three segments of housing market, which are the rental, home ownership and cooperative segments. The data were collected from temporary real estate advertising in the years 2015, 2016 and 2017. The data were investigated by using OLS model. As the main result there was find out relationship between the regional level of unemployment and cooperative housing. The main likely reasons for the relationship can be explained as legal and financial barriers and concentration of elderly generation in cooperative housing sector.
