Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the emotional concept of fear and its verbalization in the text of the Holy Scripture-the Bible. The emotive concept reflects the idea of ethnos about the nature of emotions in linguistic units, the study of which will reveal the connection of language with the mentality of the people.
