Fénelon is filled by “contemporary” ideas of morality and philosophy while being set in Ancient Greece by abbot and theologian F. Fénelon. Born and raised in a priest family V.K. Trediakovsky analyses and recreates in his “Tilemakhida” not just the original novel, but an image of an image of a whole moral and philosophical system of F. Fénelon making it reflect from Russian worldview on so many different levels - from structural and rhythmic to lexical.
