Summary/Abstract: The article refers to a variation of the personal pronouns “my” (“we”), “vy” (“you”) and “nashi” (“our”) in the modern Russian language in the mode of indirect speech act, depending on the different types of discourse (oral / written, formal / informal, everyday or literary language and so on.) as well as the various communicative situations and statuses of participants . The material of the study is the linguistic data of Russian National Corpus. The results of the research work allow to develop sufficiently student’s knowledge about ways and forms of functioning of Russian personal pronouns as well as they will be useful in various aspects of high school teaching Russian as foreign language.
