Summary/Abstract: The concept of syndrome, which expresses a special disorder or problem, can be seen in different types on an individual, organization or society. One of them is the crabs in the barrel syndrome. In the simplest terms, the crabs in the barrel syndrome is described as a selfish and narrow-minded way of thinking. It is expressed as individuals who are in a similar situation to pull down the successful ones among them. The organization represents a structure that is formed by the combination of different beliefs, cultures, morals, feelings, thoughts and behaviors, that is, different environments.
