Summary/Abstract: In educational settings, various types of factors such as enthusiasm for teaching, clarity of lecture, classroom activities, lesson stages, material development and similar factors are necessary for implementing a well-organized teaching process. Additionally, increasing students’ motivation and fostering their autonomous behaviors have been among the chief concerns of education policies. In this respect, teachers should be provided with the issues of effectual teaching during teacher training process. Proficient teachers can be evaluated not only their own teaching proficiency levels but also with their talents in giving feedback. Teacher feedback and peer feedback are the most discussed topics in the literature (Falchikov, 2013; Cho, et.al, 2008; Cho and MacArthur, 2010).
