Summary/Abstract: In the paper the author analyses the references that the Constitutional court of the Republic of Bulgaria makes in its latest case-law to the European Convention for the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms (in the acts of the Court from the year 2020 to this day). The importance of the Convention is emphasized as a standard for the national legislation in the matter of fundamental rights.
