Summary/Abstract: The new industrial revolution also posed new challenges to labour resources. The introduction of new technologies and communications put the personal characteristics of workers in the foreground in the process of their work. In this report, we have tried to look at the issues related to the emotional intelligence of people and its importance and influence in the work process.
