Summary/Abstract: The present report aims to reveal some current trends in remuneration and social benefits of warehouse workers in manufacturing and trading organizations of various sizes in Bulgaria. The data were collected using the questionnaire survey method from 91 enterprises and were processed with the help of statistical hypothesis testing toolkit. The results show that the remuneration of warehouse workers in small organizations are predetermined to a relatively high degree, in medium-sized to a moderate degree and in large-sized to a high degree by the formed sector trends. A statistically significant relationship with medium strength between size of enterprises studied and the practice of providing food vouchers is observed.
