Summary/Abstract: The transformation of energetics in the conditions of a pandemic and a global economic crisis is a dynamic process that requires quick solutions, great flexibility and adaptability. Energy security is highly threatened by political instability, manipulation of energy supplies, reduced energy consumption, financial and technological risks. This paper addresses some of the risk factors that the energetics faces. Here, a short methodology is proposed and tested, through which prevention can be provided in the conditions of high uncertainty and increased level of risk.
