Summary/Abstract: Woke up to his own scream. Difficulty breathing. His heart was beating as if to burst open his chest, and sweat oozed from the roots of his hair, rolling down his neck onto the already-soaked pillow. Touched his head, which was burning. He rolled his fingers over the scar that trespassed his entire forehead. It felt as if his heart was beating there. He sat up a little as he calmed down a bit and drained the glass of water on the nightstand. He paused, then slowly dipped back into the hollow of his bed.
