Summary/Abstract: Media and journalists have an important responsibility in the construction of our political Europe. Between the quest for a European public space that is impossible to build, a transnationalization, or even a Europeanization, that is difficult to explain within the national frameworks of the media, a “duty” of information centered on a Europe seen from Brussels, and impoverished trust of the citizens towards the media, journalists have an obvious educational mission: to incite to discovery to avoid the withdrawal into ignorance.
