Summary/Abstract: The subject of the article is the forensic examination with the main task of determining the type and nature of the injury caused. It analyses several medico-biological signs of bodily injuries under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Bulgaria, which are defined and interpreted differently in forensic practice and create not only an expert but also a judicial problem in specific cases.
