Summary/Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic that emerged at the beginning of the current decade has negatively affected European economies. As a result, various instruments have been developed within the European Union to provide support to member states in dealing with the social and economic consequences of this pandemic. The present study focuses on the analysis of the purposes, policies and current results of the Recovery and Resilience Facility and the national plans financed through this instrument.
