Summary/Abstract: Are we aware of how much the rate of fluctuation in the world economy has changed compared to the previous century? While countries that appear to be powerful countries and superpowers in the world (such as USA, Japan, EU countries) are rapidly moving towards crisis and stagnation, on the other hand, countries in the category of “developing countries” (Brazil, India, Russia, South Korea ), which have been ignored until now, are experiencing growth and these same countries have begun to come to the fore by rapidly increasing their development potential. They began to have a say in the world arena and become an effective force.
