Summary/Abstract: The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is global. In order to combat the uncontrollable spread of the virus and the transformation of the COVID-19 crisis into a humanitarian crisis, developing countries and emerging economies have implemented extremely strict blocking measures. This study aims to review the literature in this area to show the effects of financial innovation in the context of the pandemic and to find the best policy recommendation in order to save the economy.
