Summary/Abstract: The report presents the changes in the military-political environment and the emergence of new threats to the North Atlantic alliance that have not existed since the Cold War. It examines NATO’s position on the conflict in Ukraine and the possibility of comprehensive assistance to the country, NATO’s response to the threat, position of Bulgaria. The existing options and order for Ukraine’s accession to the Alliance are discussed. The support provided by Bulgaria, as a member of NATO, through its military-industrial complexes.
