Summary/Abstract: This paper is a result of a comparative analysis of “The Law on Administrative Disputes” in the Republic of Macedonia and the Republic of Croatia. This paper focuses on the administrative judiciary in the Republic of Macedonia and the need for changes of “The Law on Administrative Disputes”, the possible solutions from “The Law on Administrative Disputes” of the Republic of Croatia with a review of European administrative standards and the process of Europeanization of the administrative judiciary in the Republic of Croatia. The purpose of this paper is a better citizens protection from the public administration and a step towards European Union by improving “The Law on Administrative Disputes” and Europeanization of the administrative judiciary in the Republic of Macedonia.
