The study focuses on how KPIs can be utilized to measure the economic, social, and cultural value of tourism in the context of Balkan EU countries. Through a detailed analysis of relevant KPIs, the research seeks to provide valuable insights for optimizing tourism strategies and promoting sustainable economic development across the region.
