Summary/Abstract: Personality type, personal characteristics play an important role in appointing an employee to a specific position and performing specific organizational roles within the framework of his position. Personality characteristics to a large extent affect the quality of performing the functions assigned to a person, his style of work, and relationships with people around him. The stability of these traits makes it possible to predict the behavior of an individual, namely,actions that express the employee's subjective reaction to a specific situation.
