Summary/Abstract: Representatives of the early schools of management, including supporters of the school of human relations, believed that conflict is a sign of ineffective organization and poor management. Currently, management theorists and practitioners are increasingly inclined to believe that some conflicts, even in the most effective organization with the best relationships, are not only possible, but also desirable. You just need to be able to manage conflict. In modern society, the role of conflicts and their regulation is so great that in the second half of the 20th century a special field of knowledge emerged - conflictology.
