Summary/Abstract: Augmented Reality it is a technology which allows to put computer-generated items on real objects. The view received is “augmented” by new components, displayed on device screen or directly on particular object, depending on concrete equipment. Potential for AR application extends significantly beyond entertainment sector, and may as well revolutionize people’s everyday life. First cases of augmented reality implementation revealed a wide range of new legal problems, which are attached to it. Some of them embrace potential breaches of public interest, including public security and spatial order. A possibility of using the administrative law as a remedy for those problems is debatable at the present stage of technological development. Apart from that, establishing new legal standards may be already suggested to a limited extent.
