It is important to emphasize that intellectual property rights in the publishing business are a fundamental mechanism for protecting the creative efforts of authors, translators, art designers, illustrators, etc. from the fields of literature, science and the arts and at the same time provide an opportunity for economic stability for publishers and the publishing business.
