Summary/Abstract: Labour pedagogy as a scientific sub-discipline which, by means its interdisciplinar- ity and scientific identity, makes a significant contribution to the development of humans, the labour market and societies. The article points out the relevance of Tischner’s philosophy of work in modern labour pedagogy. The structure of the article reflects its substantive content, i.e. the concept of the human in multiple constellations, elements of Tischner’s philosophy of work and the personalism of today’s labour pedagogy.
