Summary/Abstract: This scientific article delves into the intricate relationship between the net assets of Organismes de Placement Collectif en Valeurs Mobilières (OPCVM) and the revenues of the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC). Through a meticulous analysis, the study unveils a substantial influence of OPCVM commissions on AMMC's income. While affirming the direct correlation between changes in commissions and AMMC revenues, the research acknowledges the nuanced interplay of numerous factors, including the return rate of OPCVM, operational costs, economic conditions, and regulatory policies. The study employs theoretical economic mechanisms to validate the findings, recognizing both the alignment with established theories and the presence of unexplained variations in revenue trends. The implications for AMMC practitioners and decision-makers are underscored, emphasizing the necessity of monitoring and adjusting OPCVM commissions to optimize revenues and ensure financial viability. The study concludes by acknowledging its limitations and calling for continued exploration, offering a robust framework for future research on contextual variables and tariff policy adjustments to maximize AMMC revenues.
