Summary/Abstract: This paper draws attention on the ethical behaviour in the contemporary cyber environment. It does not address all aspects of ethical behaviour. The focus is on the ethical behaviour of employees in a given organization in cybersecurity context. The principles of ethical behaviour that employees must be guided by in order to perform their duties correctly and professionally, thereby contributing to ensuring the cybersecurity of the employer organization, are analysed.
