Summary/Abstract: Inclusion as an approach based on the principles of respect for individual human rights refers to the process of increasing the participation of people and children with special needs in local communities, schools and other public institutions. Also, inclusive education is only one aspect of inclusion. The inclusive practice of education of children with special needs has expanded significantly in recent years, however, there are still significant limitations in the implementation of such education. The implementation and enforcement of the concept of inclusive upbringing and education is an extremely complex process, given that it necessarily involves the restructuring of the traditional school system. It is inevitable that inclusion requires new and significant challenges from the teachers, the school administration, the students themselves and their parents, as well as the entire social community. All of them have a demanding task - to respond to a large number of different needs of students.
