- Summary/Abstract:Different types of conflicts and violence are constantly present in human society. Types of societies have changed throughout the historical dimension, but conflicts, accompanied by violence, have become their invariable feature. The fundamental research question that this paper deals with is whether a person is driven to conflict and violence by his nature (biological basis of behaviour that is beyond control of the individual) or his violent behaviour is shaped by environmental factors? The aim of the paper is to emphasize the influence of culture/cultural constructions on the emergence of conflict and violence in human society. The structure of the paper consists of the following segments: first, attention is paid to defining conflict and violence and to the causes of their occurrence; second, showing the attitude of Western civilization towards violence; third, presenting the anthropological approach to conflict studies; fourth, reviewing the importance of socialization and formal education in creating the basis for the formation of a culture of nonviolence.Primary findings of the research show that violence is, mainly, connected to the social and cultural context, which leads to the conclusion that the actors who shape the process of socialization can play a decisive role in the formation of attitude towards violence. In this sense, formal education, with its overall activity can significantly contribute to learning a culture of nonviolence. The descriptive-analytical method was applied in the work.

From an early age, society imposes certain norms, standards and rules of behavior, and parental competencies are crucial for raising children for life in modern society. - Summary/Abstract:Inclusion as an approach based on the principles of respect for individual human rights refers to the process of increasing the participation of people and children with special needs in local communities, schools and other public institutions. Also, inclusive education is only one aspect of inclusion. The inclusive practice of education of children with special needs has expanded significantly in recent years, however, there are still significant limitations in the implementation of such education. The implementation and enforcement of the concept of inclusive upbringing and education is an extremely complex process, given that it necessarily involves the restructuring of the traditional school system. It is inevitable that inclusion requires new and significant challenges from the teachers, the school administration, the students themselves and their parents, as well as the entire social community. All of them have a demanding task - to respond to a large number of different needs of students.

Criminogenic factors are all factors that in any way influence the occurrence and development of criminality. They represent a set of factors of a psychological, biological and social nature, which act as causes, conditions and reasons for criminal acts, their mutual relationship and conditioning. There are many divisions, however the most widespread is the division of criminogenic factors into exogenous and endogenous factors. Due to the extensiveness and large number of factors, in this paper we will limit ourselves only to the most important external criminogenic factors, not wanting to diminish the role and importance of other factors.

- Summary/Abstract:Bosnia and Herzegovina faces numerous political challenges that are slowing its progress toward joining the European Union. The lack of political stability and alignment among political leaders, as well as issues in implementing necessary reforms, play a key role in the stalled progress toward European Union membership. The prolonged political deadlock, ethnic divisions, and lack of mutual trust between political leaders are additional factors hindering the process of joining the European Union. These issues make it difficult to implement the reforms necessary to align Bosnia and Herzegovina's legislation and institutions with European Union standards. The research paper will cover various aspects, such as an analysis of political factors contributing to stagnation in European integration, an examination of internal political dynamics within Bosnia and Herzegovina, and an investigation into the influence of other countries on political decision-making within Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is necessary to reference various theoretical and empirical works, as well as relevant information that contribute to understanding the different policies and their impacts that hinder the process of joining the European Union. Additionally, it is important to analyze and cite scientific and professional works, reports from government bodies and agencies, as well as media sources that provide relevant information for this research. Certainly, it is necessary to draw a conclusion based on content analysis to determine whether, and to what extent, policies contribute to Bosnia and Herzegovina's stagnation on the path to the European Union, as it relates to this topic.

- Summary/Abstract:A well-organized structure of the human resources management sector provides opportunities for adequate business support, ensuring the development and engagement of employees. Organizations today have to find opportunities and ways to differentiate themselves from others, to map channels through which they can develop and progress. The main advantage of human resources IS is reflected in the potential of generating more precise and timely available information from the domains of functioning, control and planning, compared to manual systems. Certainly, one of the most current and one could say perhaps the most interesting area is represented by artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence is a way of reasoning and acting according to practical conclusions, with complete reliance on logic, whereby this reasoning and action is not carried out by a human or any other biological organism, but by artificial entities - machines. Artificial intelligence can be classified into numerous categories and subtypes, among which we single out fuzzy logic (Fuzzy Logic) and artificial neural networks. Increasingly extensive requirements related to the sphere of human resources helped justify the need and prove the sustainability of information systems in human resources departments. In the extended survey conducted, all employees in the sample of the examined organizations answered that they do not have sophisticated and complex modern information systems.

- Summary/Abstract:Deprivation is a phenomenon that is expressed in the prison system and that often negatively affects the overall resocialization of convicted persons. It makes serving a prison sentence difficult and often has a negative impact on the prisoner's adaptation. Deprivations are an indispensable part of the psychological atmosphere of penal and correctional institutions. They occur automatically with the deprivation of freedom, because by this very act, the status of a free man, a normal member of society, is lost, and it passes into another - specific, convict status. Deprivation often impairs mental health, but also the acceptance of punishment and treatment by convicted persons. Precisely for these reasons, in this paper we will deal with some of the most well-known types of deprivation and their negative effects on the personality of the convict.

However, the complex and sensitive topic of the protection of persons deprived of their liberty deserves full attention, since despite the existence of a large number of international documents in the segment of the prohibition of torture and inhuman and degrading treatment, these phenomena do not belong to the past, but are still widespread. Although great progress has been made in the normative field in the field of the prohibition of ill-treatment, which is now the subject of more detailed and effective prohibitions than ever before, torture and other forms of ill-treatment still represent a problem throughout the world. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the content of the most important international documents on the protection of human rights and to point out international documents and European Prison Rules that also relate to the rights of prisoners.
