Summary/Abstract: A well-organized structure of the human resources management sector provides opportunities for adequate business support, ensuring the development and engagement of employees. Organizations today have to find opportunities and ways to differentiate themselves from others, to map channels through which they can develop and progress. The main advantage of human resources IS is reflected in the potential of generating more precise and timely available information from the domains of functioning, control and planning, compared to manual systems. Certainly, one of the most current and one could say perhaps the most interesting area is represented by artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence is a way of reasoning and acting according to practical conclusions, with complete reliance on logic, whereby this reasoning and action is not carried out by a human or any other biological organism, but by artificial entities - machines. Artificial intelligence can be classified into numerous categories and subtypes, among which we single out fuzzy logic (Fuzzy Logic) and artificial neural networks. Increasingly extensive requirements related to the sphere of human resources helped justify the need and prove the sustainability of information systems in human resources departments. In the extended survey conducted, all employees in the sample of the examined organizations answered that they do not have sophisticated and complex modern information systems.
