Business intelligence and business intelligent systems improve the IT infrastructure of organizations and provide benefits for the business environment of the organization. This is achieved due to the fact that applications integrate all organizational units into a common system, which makes the IT structure of the organization, more logical and easier to manage. Also, business intelligence systems allow end users to run their own reports at any time. Organizations recognize that the main benefits of business intelligence are better access to data, and this further aims to provide better information and better solutions. It is important to keep in mind that the business intelligent technology in the organization is easy to use, and that the information that is generated is simple and useful for decision making. The fact is that business intelligence is used in various business processes, from human resources, sales and marketing, financial services, etc. The key areas where business intelligence is most used are precisely these. The advantages that business intelligence provides to organizations that apply these modern information technologies in their practice are that they have a competitive advantage, better services and a unique view of business. Some of the necessary conditions for successful human resource management (HRM) and performance are provided through the management of the organization's information resources (data, information and knowledge). Attitudes about work and job satisfaction are a very important segment in all organizations. Satisfied employees will be more productive, and that will have a positive effect on the organization. Many findings indicate that employee satisfaction is a key factor in motivation and achievement with a positive attitude of the employee about the workplace. Work performance is the degree to which the work behavior of employees contributes to the achievement of organizational goals. It is a multidimensional construct which means that there are different ways and behaviors by which employees can contribute to organizational goals. Dissatisfaction at work suggests various forms of behavior but primarily many deviant behaviors of employees. A special challenge is to examine the state and possibilities of human resources development in some for-profit and non-profit institutions in the Republika Srpska. This scientific paper will try to gain missing information on the content and management of certain human resource processes, such as the process of monitoring and recording job satisfaction in the for-profit and non-profit sector, viewed in the context of information systems.
