Summary/Abstract: This article traces the relationship between the levels of self-efficacy and those of learned helplessness among 135 individuals. They were between the ages of 16 and 47. 76.3% of them were female, respectively 23.7% were male. The results of the study show that the levels of the two phenomena studied are above average. A correlation analysis was also conducted to determine the presence of relationships between self-efficacy and learned helplessness. As expected, the relationship is negative and moderate with a value of -0.68. Those who have higher results on the self-efficacy scale have lower results on the learned helplessness scale and vice versa.
