Summary/Abstract: This scientific paper introduces an innovative transformational journey of Pythagoras Private Secondary School, broadening math and science education. Stemming from the foundational principles of STEАM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics), our innovative approach expands to incorporate a MASTERS portfolio (Mathematics, Arts, Science, Technology, Electricity, Robotics, and Sports), fostering a comprehensive and interdisciplinary learning environment. With a strategic integration of advanced technologies, Pythagoras Private Secondary School aims to upgrade the educational methodologies. The concept of MASTERS reflects a forward-thinking approach to meet the evolving demands of the technological landscape, preparing students with versatile skills and knowledge. Special attention is paid to Electrical Literacy and Technical skills needed in student's everyday life. Furthermore, the MASTERS portfolio integrates critical areas like Sport, Health, and Civil Education, enhancing the educational journey with a holistic approach to physical well-being and civic engagement. This report provides insight into the proactive approach of the school in addressing fundamental educational challenges, presenting a roadmap for future initiatives aimed at nurturing adaptable students and encouraging innovation.
