Summary/Abstract: In the analysis of traffic accidents and the reasons for their occurrence, a systematic approach is used that addresses all the elements that influence the accident and its consequences. The elements in the road transport system must interact and be sufficiently adaptive to ensure safety. In this regard, the road and the envir- onment of the road must be designed and implemented in such a way as to induce adequate behavior of the participants in the movement and to be most tolerant of any mistakes in their behavior.
